FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Why did I get an Office Action?

You might have received one because the USPTO needs clarification, additional evidence, or they think your mark is too similar to something already registered. It is common and does not always mean your trademark will be denied.

Do I have to respond?

Yes. If you do not respond by the deadline, your application will go dead. That means you will have to start over and pay all the fees again. It is important to respond the right way and on time.

Can I respond to an Office Action by myself?

Technically, yes. But if you do not understand what the USPTO is asking for or how to address their concerns properly, your response could be rejected. That is where I come in to help you craft a strong, strategic reply.

What is included when I hire you to respond for me?

You will get a full review of the Office Action, research if needed, and a professionally prepared response tailored to your specific issue. I make sure the USPTO gets exactly what they are asking for with no guessing and no templates.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the complexity. A simple fix starts at 300. If it is a more in-depth response, like arguing a likelihood of confusion or proving distinctiveness, the price starts at 500. You will know upfront before we begin.

How long does it take to prepare the response?

Once you send everything I need, simple responses are usually ready within 5 business days. Complex ones may take longer depending on what is involved, but I will always keep you in the loop.

What if my response gets denied?

There are no guarantees with USPTO outcomes, but I make sure everything is handled with care and backed by real research. If the response is denied, we can talk about your next options

I filed my own trademark and now I am stuck. Can you still help?

Absolutely. Whether you filed on your own or with someone else, I can step in to help you respond correctly and keep your application moving forward.

Is this legal advice?

No. I am not an attorney, and this service does not create an attorney client relationship. I provide guidance and prepare your response based on publicly available USPTO rules and procedures. For legal representation, you will need to contact a licensed attorney.
