Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to invest in Her Signature™. I'm committed to giving you value-packed resources and services, but because everything I offer is digital, custom, or service-based, all sales are final. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (Courses, Templates, E-books, Planners)
All digital downloads are non-refundable. Once you purchase, you get instant access, which means no exceptions.
2. Strategy Sessions, VIP Days, and Trademark Services
All one-on-one sessions and trademark support services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance or you’ll forfeit the session. No credits or refunds will be given for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
3. Consultations
All consultations are final sale once any work has started, including prep, research, or sending materials.
4. Memberships and Subscriptions
Membership fees are non-refundable after the 7-day trial period if available. You can cancel your membership before your next billing date to avoid future charges. No partial refunds will be given.
5. Physical Products (If applicable)
Eligible physical items may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Sale items and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Requesting Store Credit
To request store credit or reschedule a service, email contact@shantelllanise.com with your order number and reason. Approved credits will be issued as a gift code that’s good for 90 days.
